Overview
Visa consultants charge a lot for something that is, at its core, an information problem: knowing which route fits your situation, what each one demands, and which part of your file is going to get you refused. VisaWise turns that consultation into software.
What it does
- Routes you to the right visa. A structured intake — purpose, nationality, destination, funds, ties, history — narrows dozens of possible categories to the ones you're actually eligible for, and says why the others were ruled out.
- Builds the document checklist for your case. Not the generic embassy list, but the one your specific route and circumstances require, in the order you should assemble it.
- Finds the weak spot before the officer does. Most refusals come down to the same handful of gaps — thin financials, unclear ties, an unexplained travel history. It flags those early, while there's still time to fix them.
- Grounded in the published rules. Requirements are retrieved from official sources rather than recalled from a model's memory. Immigration rules change, and a confident wrong answer here costs someone a filing fee and a season.
Where it stands
The build is done to a working assistant; the live deployment is currently down while I rework the rules corpus. Immigration guidance is only as good as how current its sources are, and I'd rather have it offline than quietly stale.
